Each email address and phone number can be associated with one AptsoMart account only.

Q7. Can I have multiple accounts for members of my family with different mobile numbers and email addresses but the same or common delivery addresses?

Yes, we do understand the importance of time and the toil involved in shopping for groceries. Up to three members
in a family can have the same address provided the email address and phone number associated with the accounts are unique.

No, because of Delivery slot can not be changed for an active order through the App.

Once you have placed your order you will not be able to make modifications yourself.

No, you can only order products that are in stock. We try to ensure
the availability of all products due to supply is possible.

You will receive an email as well as an SMS about available items before the delivery of your order.

We advise you to kindly check every item as in the invoice. Please report any missing

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select the delivery slot and payment method. On the payment method
page, there is a box where you can enter the coupon code that you have. The amount will automatically be deducted from your invoice value.

Once you are done selecting your products and click on checkout you will be prompted to select the delivery slot.
Your order will be delivered to you on the day and slot selected by you.

Fresh fruits and vegetables are hand-picked and hand-cleaned. We ensure the hygienic and careful handling of all our products.

The delivery charge is a flat rate of only Rs.39 (Unlimited purchase limit).

Yes, Currently We deliver same-day delivery. If You place the order before 6 AM the order
will be eligible to deliver on the Same day evening as per your desired time slot.

AptsoMart has now started same-day delivery. All you have to do is order before 10 AM and we will deliver it to you the same day evening.
Any order placed after 11 AM will be delivered the next day in the slot chosen by you. For example, if you place the order before 12 AM you can choose from either
4:00 pm to 8:00 pm slot. But, if the order is placed after 12 AM you will receive it the next day in the slot chosen by you. Subject to slot availability.
